Fundraiser for Little Fish Nursery School on Usindiso’s 6th
Anniversary
On the 1st July 2009, Baobabes held a fundraising event for the nursery
school at Gordon’s Institute of Business Science in Sandton. The function was
very well organized and attended, and a big thank you to Caryl Kelly, whose
initiative it was. The evening was enjoyed by all who attended, with many prizes
being won during the evening. The talk by William Gumede was informative and
gave a new perspective to political issues.
The money raised will go towards the renovation of the nursery school
bathrooms and the kitchen area. Thank you to one and all who participated and
donated; the renovation will make learning easier for the children.
